During the Signing
We guide signers through the general purpose of each document, but we do not provide legal or financial advice.
We’ll pause the signing and contact the escrow officer or lender for clarification. We never rush or pressure signers.
Most signings take 45–60 minutes, depending on the number of documents and signer readiness.
Scheduling & Availability
Yes. We accommodate same day and urgent signings (upon availability) — including hospital or health care facility visits.
We recommend 24–48 hours notice, but we’re happy to accommodate last-minute requests when possible.

Yes. We use dual-tray laser printers to ensure proper formatting and can print both borrower and lender copies.
